The World Financial Innovation Series (WFIS) 2022 – Philippines brings together some of the world’s top financial services providers for a two-day mega-scale FSI summit. The event will explore what is happening in the Philippines’ fintech market while facilitating collaboration between vendors and organizations looking to invest or offer products/services in this growing market.
The launch of the ‘Digital Payments Transformation Roadmap 2020-2023’ by the Central bank has been driving major fintech investments in the Philippines. To give an estimate, the first half of 2021 witnessed total funding amounting to $342 million garnered by the country’s firms which is more than double what was raised throughout 2020 so far.
To facilitate a common ground for networking and intelligence sharing for the Philippines’ FSI community, Tradepass is hosting World Financial Innovation Series (WFIS) Philippines at Sofitel Philippine Plaza in Manila on 16 – 17 August 2022.
The summit will attract more than 600 technology and business heads from premium banks, micro-finance institutions, and insurance companies across the Philippines.
