In terms of real estate, technology, and finance, I-Bhd will lead the way – BollyInside

I-Bhd, which renovated Malaysia’s top tech metropolis, i-City, for RM10 billion over a 20-year period, is positioned to lead the triple play in real estate, technology, and finance.
I-Bhd has drawn multinationals in technology and banking while successfully combining well-known brands in real estate, hospitality, and retail.
It was intended to be more of an inventive asset processor than a traditional developer or pure real estate company.
Few people are aware that prominent names like DoubleTree by Hilton and Best Western have drawn the hospitality sector to hotels that are entirely owned by I-Bhd.
In terms of technology, I-Bhd also controls 100% of i-Tier-3 City’s certified data centre, which is supported by a dual-fiber network and super artificial intelligence (AI) and offers his community the mother of all Internet and connectivity demands.
The GBI-certified Grade A smart corporate tower, Mercu Maybank, was chosen by Malaysia’s largest bank to house 1,500 of its employees, and it is wholly owned by it. Multinational firms and Fortune 500 companies are additional renters.

Being constantly one step ahead of the competition has been challenging, but it has also been beneficial for I-Bhd when it becomes the go-to catalyst for large multinational corporations and technology-focused businesses, many of which have opted to be situated at i- City Finance Avenue.
Mercu Maybank and DoubleTree by Hilton are located on i-City Finance Avenue, a street that runs alongside the Central i-City shopping centre. The International Convention Center, with a capacity for 2,000 people, is anticipated to open towards the end of this year. It also contains the planned BeCentral serviced homes, upscale office and shopping malls, as well as experiential centres. I-Bhd has partnered with the Thai Central Pattana Group for retail. The leading mall owner in Thailand chose to create Central i-City Mall as its first international investment, and it now controls 60% of the shopping centre, with I-Bhd holding the other 40%. The mall is also managed by the Thai partner.
Shah Alam, the capital of Selangor, was transformed into a worldwide arena because to Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah’s vision and foresight in awarding i-City the designation of an international zone in 2008. This attracted overseas businesses and brands.
