A Beverley teenager is set to launch a nationwide hospitality app to help people find the best places to eat, stay and visit.
Dominic Brown, 19, is the owner/director of Iudex Media, the parent business responsible for the new Fabspot.co.uk app.
Free to consumers, Fabspot is aimed at bringing the best of the UK hospitality industry’s offering into “one app in one place on your phone in your purse or in your back pocket”.

Fabspot offers comprehensive, up-to-date profiles and details of restaurants, hotels, pubs and leisure facilities in towns and cities across the UK.
Dominic said: “The fundamental aim of Fabspot is to help people make informed hospitality and leisure choices, particularly in places they are new to visiting and with which they might be unfamiliar, it's really that simple.
"Fabspot addresses both the need of the general public and hospitality and leisure businesses.
"By making it free to the public, Fabspot will ensure that there is a large and readily available customer base keen to find out the very best places to eat, stay and visit. Customers will have access to loads of offers, discounts and freebies."
Fabspot, which is due to launch nationally on March 22, has grown out of Iudex Media's B2B web design, marketing and video work, explained Dominic.
"I kept coming across businesses, especially smaller chains and independents, who really struggled to get their brand known, even in their own area.
"There is a sea of individual apps, websites and social media out there in the market that makes it very difficult for businesses to stand out and for customers to genuinely find out what is available in their area.
"We think Fabspot will do just that."
Hospitality venues such as hotels, restaurants, pubs and cafes are able to choose from a range of advertising options, with their details loaded up onto Fabspot within 24 hours.
For Iudex Media, this is the first of several planned public-facing launches into consumer markets after having made a name for itself providing web design, video and photography services to businesses in Yorkshire, including with Co-op Funeralcare, Wren Kitchens and Gravity, among a host of others.
