LG CNS and Google Cloud have signed a partnership agreement on digital transformation.
CEO of LG CNS, Kim Young Shub, and Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, attended the event at Google Cloud HQ in Sunnyvale, California, USA.
LG CNS highlighted the partnership agreement as the “first” digital transformation partner in the South Korean market.
BASED ON THE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT, LG CNS will expand its market to enterprise AI, cloud application modernization, and total experience innovation.
LG CNS plans to commercialize AI technologies for manufacturing facilities, such as supply chain innovation, quality improvement, and factory automation.
To this end, LG CNS plans to discover and disseminate innovation cases based on Google Cloud AI technology and AI/Machine Learning services.
In addition, LG CNS promotes total experience innovation.
To this end, we will discover hyper-personalized marketing services that combine Big Data and AI/Machine Learning capabilities, which are the strengths of LG CNS and Google Cloud.
Hyper-personalized marketing is a concept that goes one step further than personalized marketing.
It means offering optimal products and services when customers need them by predicting their future behavior and situation.
In addition, LG CNS plans to collaborate on DX technologies such as AI, Big Data, and edge computing with Google Cloud in smart cities and factories.
