North Carolina A&T is experiencing widespread interruption in campus phone service affecting both incoming and outgoing calls from university landlines. Technicians working on the matter do not yet have a timeframe for when service will be fully restored.
In light of that, we are encouraging students with needs from any of our student service offices, such as Academic Advising, Housing & Residence Life and Financial Aid, to reach out via e-mail. A list of e-mail contacts for academic representatives with each A&T college or school who can assist with registration is also listed below.
Students are also encouraged to use the FAQ below for answers to commonly asked questions regarding registering for class, and below that, links to commonly accessed sites with supporting information. A&T’s Employee Directory may be used to look for faculty and staff of the university.
Please visit the A&T website often and monitor your university e-mail account for further information regarding the A&T phone service outage and when services will be restored.
